This 14th-floor condo received a full update in preparation for sale, with a strong focus on the bathrooms. Both were completely remodeled with new tile floors and showers, modern vanities, and updated fixtures. The rest of the unit was refreshed with new carpet and paint throughout, giving the entire space a clean, move-in-ready feel.

We transformed this bathroom with a luxurious wet room featuring a freestanding soaking tub and dual showerheads, and a custom glass shower door for a spa-like experience. The space was upgraded with new tile flooring accented by a stylish border, custom vanity cabinets with quartz countertops, and matching gold hardware. This Smyrna property received a full transformation, both inside and out. On the exterior, the entire house was repainted, the back deck was coated with a fresh finish, a new fire pit was installed, and plants and shrubs were added to enhance the landscaping. We also built a 100-foot retaining wall to improve the yard's layout. Inside, the kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled, fresh paint was applied throughout, and new hardwood floors were laid in several rooms. All existing floors were refinished with a new stain and coating, bringing a cohesive, modern look to the entire home.

This property was purchased as a foreclosure at a great price, but it required extensive work. Inside, we tackled significant water damage by replacing all the subfloors. We then ripped out the old kitchen for a full remodel with new cabinets, updated two bathrooms, and installed new floors throughout the home, along with fresh paint. On the exterior, we cleared overgrown bushes and weeds, added fresh pine straw to the beds, and gave the home a thorough pressure wash before repainting. The result was a total transformation, turning a fixer-upper into a beautiful, move-in ready home.

This 1980s kitchen was completely transformed into a sleek, modern space. We installed natural thin shaker cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops with subtle marbling for a clean, contemporary look. A large hood vent was added, complemented by a matching stone backsplash and a unique stone shelf above it. The kitchen also features a classic farm sink for added charm. To tie the entire home together, we installed brand new white oak flooring throughout, creating a seamless and cohesive design.
